I was in a bind and my heat was broken on one of the coldest days of the year....Coastal Air was able to fit me in that day to have someone come over and take a look at the issue. They were very knowledgeable and prompt. They had to come back the next day to do the repair and the issue was resolved in a timely, professional manner. They talked through all of my options and didnt make me feel pressured into any particular solution. It was a very pleasant company to work with!
