I had a major problem with a new ductless air conditioner I purchased from AC-World. The company ACWorld were not helpful and left me fending for answers
Via google I called Coastal and spoke to Sonny who is more than helpful , she arranged for Tony to come by and help he did and quickly diagnosed the problem and to be honest they charged me a very fair price
They are currently standing by me in my fight with the company who sold me a defective unit
They are a pleasure to do business with and I wish I dealt with them from the beginning
