I originally found them very helpful! They came in June when summer started and told me my AC wasn't working, which that was why I called them in. Told me i needed new AC units because mine were very old. Haven't heard back from them so I emailed them in july - told me they were still looking. i called again after two weeks of emailing them and they told me they were still looking that its hard to find. It is now OCT. i have not heard back from them. Then the person they sent, he was very nice and very helpful on what was going on - but he pulled a plug somewhere while checking to see why the AC wasn't working and caused a spark that could of started a fire. I really don't recommend them at all!
