I have been a customer for several years and always pleased with the service and quality of work performed by the Coastal team. The office manager, Sunny, is responsive and thoughtful. The technicians are prompt, courteous, hard-working and always clean up after their work. I recently had a heat pump replacement. It was an expensive job but the quote was detailed and, after checking with someone else in the business, very fair. My units are in awkward, small spaces and the techs know how to deal with this challenge. I highly recommend them.
