I recently had Coastal install a new gas furnace and add central air. Mike came out to quote the job right away and I had a written estimate the next day that was more competitive than 2 other quotes I had received. Mike is readily available via email or cell phone which was a big reason I went with him in the first place. He actually answered and returned calls/emails right away which did not happen with the other companies I had looked into. While they did have to spend 2 days on the install, this was expected and even told to me at the time I received the quote because of the additional electrical and plumbing work necessary for the new AC. They also installed the same type of system at my mother-in-law's home (one day install for new furnace and AC because they could utilize exisitng electrical connections for the outdoor AC coil). Both systems are working great. They cleaned up the work area and were willing to do some extra work needed in my older home without changing the quote. Coastal showed up on time, left the work areas clean, had good prices and was always willing to answer any of my many questions. I would gladly work with them again and will continue to reccomend them.
