Coastal Air communicated well and did good work

I have no complaints about Coastal Air. My only complaint is in regard to the 2-month lead time between the identification of the problem and the completion of the solution. The delay, however, was the fault of the parts supplier, and was not within Coastal air's control. Having no heat or air conditioning for 2 months was painful, to say the least.

Unfortunately, these particular units are made to order. So our supplier has a 6-8 week lead time because they are manufactured after the order is placed. Thank you for your review Adele!
