They're wonderful! I've had them for a number of years now. Each time that I've called and complained about little critters, they came and took care of them. At one time I had a dog and they were most careful around her. She was a big thing, a Greyhound. They were careful not to go where she ate, slept, or disturb her in anyway.

They really took care of the house. Anywhere I said there were ants, they took care of it. I also had a cat. Same thing. They were careful as can be. Anytime I called and complained about ants, they came. And if they didn't get them the first, they'd come back and get them the second.

I once had a problem with my leg and needed a hip replacement. I called to make an appointment, but the scheduling was going to conflict with my doctor's appointment. They said to give them 10 minutes and they'd call back and see what they could do. Sure enough they called and pushed my appointment up earlier so that I had plenty of time to go to the doctor's. They were very cooperative and helpful.
