I strongly suggest that if you have anything of value that you not entrust it to this company. I have wasted 8 months going back and forth with them trying to have them replace of repair a very expensive, custom/made designer chair that they left out in the rain during the move. Even though we purchased replacement insurance as a precaution since they were moving a piano, art and designer furniture, and even though all the documentation was provided for the insurance, they have made every attempt to defraud us. Absolutely disgraceful, illegal behavior. To avoid at all costs.
