I am writing to say thank you for the fine service I received the other day from one of your plumbers.

I'm sorry to say that I did not catch his name, but he was a very nice young man. He was able to come in, fix the clogged kitchen drain pipe, put the pipe back together that I had taken apart and leave the area tidy and all was done very quickly.
He was very pleasant person to have come into our home.

Again, thank you for the prompt and fine service your plumbing company provided to me and my family.
