In looking for a new vehicle at Pearson Honda I was most fortunate to encounter salesman Troy Bell. He is the opposite of the "slick and pushy car salesman" He is soft spoken but friendly. A good listener, he responded to my questions and concerns in a straight forward way. He did not "push" anything on me but helped me get just what I wanted. He was well informed on all the details of the vehicle and was able to patiently explain those details so that I understood. Troy made the whole process as painless as possible - in fact, I enjoyed it and I enjoyed him. He is a genuinely good guy and I highly recommend him to those of you who are tired of the "slick and pushy car salesmen"
