The transmission of my new wrangler blew up on 295 last November. Instead of supporting me and considering the fact that I'll be 70 on my next birthday, they accused me of riding the clutch as though I was a teenager. Then they refused to honor my warranty and I had to appeal to Chrysler who then referred a third party to settle the claim. I won, but the service manager never apologized for the manner he treated me. I rarely post a compliant to a business, but he needs to owe up to his unprofessional actions.
