When I was buying the truck the salesman and manager promissed me that the driver's side seat would be fixed due to loud squeaking noise that it made anytime you took a turn. So I bought the truck and returned 2 days later when I had extra time and they took it in the back and said all they could do was tighten the bolts but it wasn't fixed because it would cost them over $1,000. They told me I could have my old truck back and they would take my new one. That would have been a major inconvinence seeing how the banks and DMV had already processed the loans and titles and I would have lost the money for processing fees. The only person who did everything great was the loan officer. He walked me quickly through the loan application and even followed up with me for the next couple days while everything was processed. That is the only reason I ranked them a 2 for experience. Shortly after buying the truck the back up sensors broke, and the check ingine light came on which they did uphold their warrenty and fix it. The truck has been great except for the seat and everytime I hear it squeak I think about how I should have gone somewhere else and bought the Titan. I will suggest Titan trucks to everyone but not at that place.
