Very Bad Office Management
I was a patient for over ten years, Being healthy I didn't go Dallas "Family" Medical often, but I needed to see a doctor .When I checked in I was asked what insurance I had. The attitude of the office Manager changed when I told her I was going to pay by debit card. A red 4X4" plastic card was paper clipped to the top of my file And set where I could read it. " Attention Doctor this patient does not have insurance,when leaving you must accompany them to the window to assure bill is paid." After seeing the doctor that I had trusted for years I was marched over to the cashier. Very Professional. I lost all trust in them. Bad Customer service on the phone.
