Dr. Chaffee is very good and caring. His medical assistant needs to be replaced. She has hung up on me numerous times, and acts 'put out' to do anything more than take vitals.
The Doctors at the clinic are good. The medical assistants need to grow up. I've over heard them numerous times bashing a patient. Very unprofessional. Sickening really. If you can see Dr. Chaffee, you will be treated well. If you have a question for his MA to call back, don't hold your breath. She yelled at me and hung up on me more than once.
