I had skyline replace all the windows in a small rental in the summer of 2014 and I liked them so much that I had them do the windows in another rental this summer. I like the no pressure, super informative sales 'pitch'. Very low key, but I learned so much rom the materiasl they gave me. They also gave me a list of about 50 people in my area who had used them- some going back to 2009. I made it a point to knock on 18 of their doors and speak to them. No one had an unlind word about the company, or the windows!! I checked the BBB site- same thing. Window World was the opposite. I ended up getting windows from the Okna series- and they also wrapped the window trim. The windows look great and the trim job is so nice that even my super critical and picky handiman was impressed with their job!! One of my houses is in Laburnum Park where people do not want cheap looking replacement windows marring the beautiful old homes. After much consideration, I selected the Okna 800 windows with the grid both inside and outside and they look superb. Not like replacement windows you can spot- but better than any of the real wood old windows in the area. They look very clean and solid.

They are VERY responsive, very professional- and I mean EVERYONE on the installation team, as well as the owner. They left the place immaculate- and even put my blinds back up ( they were already down from the painters!) I am so happy I found this company. Am saving money now to get my primary residence done- and I will use Skyline. The whole thing was stress free and seamless!!
