Prospect Financial Group, Inc. was good in the end. We had a rental property that we wanted to refinance, but we had trouble finding a lender. They were the only ones that followed through and called back. The lease finance process took about three or four months, and there was a lot of back and forth at the beginning. I had to submit lots of documents. The person I was in contact with could not receive my emails, so communication was tough. But, everything was great.
