We worked with Matt Chappell and he was fantastic. This is our second refinance, but the third time we've tried to refinance. Matt was an excellent communicator and I knew he had our best interests at heart. He answered my questions thoroughly, communicated quickly, and the refinance through Prospect was about as easy as it could be! It was actually easier than the "in House" refinance we had done with Wells Fargo (which is supposed to cut down on paperwork!)
