Refinancing with Prospect Financial Group was fairly easy; electronic transfer of records saves time. Questions are answered fairly quickly, although there were several times when it seemed everyone was out of the office at the same time and questions had to wait. I would have liked more frequent updates of the re-fi loan status, but overall I found the folks helpful and friendly. Bottom line - we got a very good rate & terms with very little hassle.
