Our overall experience with Prospect was good. We had a lot of change happening personally while we were completing our refinance, and their staff was always friendly and helpful and did their best to keep the stress out of the process. We had a few delays because the lender wasn't thorough in reviewing documents we sent them; they requested things we had provided up front or requested things multiple times when they already had them. Our loan officer stayed on top of the process though and helped speed things along.
