Nate Wells and his team at Prospect Financial Group, Inc. in San Diego, Ca, did an outstanding job from start to finish on refinancing my home. It was not an easy feat as I had excellent credit, tons of equity, no debt other than mortgage and did not want any cash out,(sounds perfect), however, my income was borderline.
