This is a mom and pop shop where the facility is immaculate, they are professionals, and their main concern is what is good for the customer. I highly recommend if you are looking for a body shop (Stop looking) this is the place.
In the past 5 months I have had 2 occasions where my car was hit while not moving. The first time I called Toyota and they recommended Ultimate Auto Body Werks. I was amazed and thrilled with how quickly they got me in, fixed the damage and handled all the insurance nightmares. Then recently I was at a light and was hit from behind and pushed into the car ahead of me. I went directly back to Ultimate because after the first experience, I trust these people. The car had considerable damage and I did not want to total it if they found it would be possible to keep it. I was only in a rental for 1 week which they handled for me. The car is beautiful and drives as good as before.
