This was our second time using Commercial Steam Team. They showed up on time with 2 people this time. The first time there was one person. They went around and found all the discolorations and stains. They shampooed the carpets and all but maybe one or two stains that wouldn't come up on our older carpets, had come out. They looked brand new. We have recommended them to other people. They are very professional. They give you the pricing up front and that's what you pay, they don't try to upsell. They have never tried to charge us for additional things, like for pet deodorizing or carpet sealer. It's been a really good experience. They moved the furniture for us. They are happy to do it. A real pleasure to work with. Get in and out quickly. We with the use their services again.
