The first thing I liked about Commercial Steam Team is that they arrived on time. They did a walk through of the house and specifically pointed out problem areas. They also took the time to listen to my own concerns and specifications. Then they gave me a time estimate, which ended up being pretty close to the actual time. I was very happy with the job they did once it was all over, and I will use them again in the future.
