I hired Commercial Steam Team when I wanted my house clean and I would say that it was, overall, a very good experience. They cleaned the home's common areas, the staircase, a bedroom, and a few pieces of furniture. I will say that they were very prompt, friendly, and professional. The job they did, for the most part, was outstanding. I say for the most part because after they left I saw that they missed a few spots. Upon calling the company and telling them the situation, they immediately said that they would send someone out on my convenience to fix the problem. I like that they guaranteed me my 100% satisfaction and really appreciated their willingness to make me a satisfied customer. When they returned, they handled it really well and everything turned out great! I will they say that they are not the cheapest company by any means, but the quality of the work makes it a great value. I highly recommend them, as they will go out of their way to make you satisfied.
