I've been going to Wilsons Auto Tech for over 15 years. They started by servicing our Honda and Acura. We started with just two vehicles in the family and now we have four vehicles serviced at Wilson's. Obviously after 15 years he does it right. He is far superior to any dealerships. I have never had a single problem.

They always advise us on both the required immediate repairs and what repairs to expect in the future. They make sure that the vehicles are serviced by the required schedule from the manufacturers. They only use original parts.

Wilson has a great staff. He retains his staff for a long time which speaks to the integrity of the work place. He delivers better pricing than any other place. At first I wondered why, but I have come to know that Wilson runs probably one of the most innovative auto repair shops I've ever run across. He developed his own software so that everything is designed for efficiency. His shop is more efficient than anyone else which is why he delivers better pricing.

The shop is pristine. Wilson always keeps it clean. If you go in the back of the shop it's always clean and organized. It is a safe place for employees to work. The reception area always has coffee. If we have to drop the car off for the day we are able to have Wilson's drivers drive us to work and pick us up at the end of the day.

We will be customers for a long time to come. In fact, just this morning my daughter's car wouldn't start so I called Wilson. The problem was a battery they had install three years ago. The battery had failed before the end of the warrantee so Wilson ensured that I got the pro-rated replacement battery. They stand behind their work. They looked in to it, advised me on the warrantee, and got me the discounts. They always look after my best interests. Wilson's has great maintenance, safety, and cost. They keep all of the records regarding vehicles and give me detailed invoices, but I don't need to think about it. Most importantly they have all of the service records for our cars, even the ones that we sold, so that at time of sale they can provide these records for me to give to the new owner.
