It was our first time using General Carpet, Upholstery, Tile and Rug Cleaning and they did a terrific job for me. I found out about them when I called the realtor who sold me my home, she highly recommended them for any cleaning needs. The carpets in our home needed a deep cleaning pretty bad so I called them up and they gave me a super affordable quote and said they could be by the next day. The employees were so courteous and gave me plenty of information regarding the products they were using and their general cleaning process. Extremely satisfied with the results and I will be using them again soon to clean the tile in my kitchen. Would highly recommend them as well.
