General Carpet, Upholstery, Tile and Rug Cleaning did an excellent job. I spoke to Murray's wife on the phone and they were the second business I called for carpet cleaning. I felt very comfortable with her and that's what sold me on their business. She advised me that if I'm shopping around I should make sure the people I call are bonded. I said, "I don't think I will be shopping around anymore, I can tell you're more than honest from your voice." I felt very confident speaking to her, she was very nice on the phone. Some people sell their business, and she wasn't trying to do that, she was just telling me what to look out for if I'm out there looking for carpet cleaning. I'm from out of state and I'm just here helping a relative clean their house up, so I really appreciated finding a trustworthy business.

Murray did an excellent job with the cleaning. I was very pleased with his work. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact they already have 2 bookings from the neighbors. Their pricing was very comparable to the other place I called. Also one of the neighbors is a contractor and when I told him about the price he told me that it was good. Murray was very fair. There was some furniture I added on at the last minute and he was very fair with the price. I also had some other furniture I wanted to get cleaned but he advised me that it wasn't worth it. It was a recliner that was so old that he said "Why put $100 into cleaning it when you could get a new one instead?" I don't think that is very typical for business people to do. They were very honest.
