The order we made to Abbey Carpet & Floors was small and custom. It must have been a pain in the neck for them. A committee was involved in the hiring process, and about halfway through we had to put the job on hold. Rather than getting fed up, they graciously stowed away the materials, and when we managed to get the project rolling again they responded right away and found the materials with no problems whatsoever. They were so flexible and kind, and I highly appreciate everything they did for us.
