Hello,

On Oct 5th your company sent a team of workers for installing a French drain system in my house. I did inform your office after the work was completed that one of the workers literally just without asking went straight upto the bedroom and opened a closed door without knocking thinking that it's a bathroom. A second worker was stinking of alcohol. When I complained about this two incidents nobody has even bothered to call me from the management and apologized.

Today after 4 days of the work being done while heavy rains are on I see a puddle again in my basement. I'm absolutely shocked to see this and didn't expect this to happen so soon. Looks like I have wasted my money.

Please let me know how this is going to be rectified and how many more days do we have to suffer?
