I appreciated absolutely everything about Vulcan Basement Waterproofing. Everything was awesome. The personalities of their staff were amazing, extremely helpful and honest. Very good at figuring out the problem and handling it. The estimator was an older man who was extremely honest. He sat down with my father and I and went through everything meticulously. He looked at the problem and assured us they would be able to handle it. The technicians work fast and are clean. Everyone there is very very personable. I don't have any issues with their service. After the first servicing we were still having some water coming up in the basement and they sent out the boss to take a look at it. He said it was just a problem with the pitch and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. This company came highly recommended from a family member who used their service in the 1980s. They are still in business and I had the same good luck with them myself. I think they did an excellent job and would highly recommend the service.
