We had wonderful appointments in January and were returning guests from out of state. Stacey, the owner is very rude and arrogant. After calling 24 hours prior to the appointment, Stacey stated she would be able to accommodate at our requested time for 2 people for the packages. Upon entering the Spa, after driving 45 minutes, Stacey stated she did not have the staff and gave numerous excuses as to why she could not take us at the designated time. Instead of fixing the problem, she continued to talk over us, mocking behavior, that we “know nothing about a business” after we are business professionals, needs to pay rent, and stated she has thousands of repeat customers she doesn’t need us. We will not be returning to this rude owner who had tainted the image of her “fantastic” spa.
