BK Floors to Go installed new floors throughout my home. They did three rooms of carpet, and they installed hardwood floors in the two rooms, the hall, and they foyer. I knew that I had wanted wood floors, but they helped me decide on which style in their showroom. Their product selection was great. They were helpful with product selection and samples, but there had been an oversight with the measurements. The oversight resulted in some unforseen costs, but the issue was resolved. Their prices could have been a little lower, but they were relatively competitive. The installers were great. They were prompt and professional. They did a wonderful job on the floors. I am very happy.
