I mostly worked with Gail when I first went to BK Floors to Go. She was very responsive and always quick to get back to me. She remembered me every time I went back in, even after a few months when I started planning another project. The first job I hired them for was carpeting in a couple of rooms. The installation was conveniently scheduled and the installers worked efficiently and neatly. I am very happy with the results. Now I am going to use BK Floors to Go to carpet another area in my home.
