The people at BK Floors to Go are very friendly. The representative who came to the house to measure was fantastic, very nice, and personable. When we went back to the store, she was also fantastic to deal with there. We had BK carpet three rooms for us, two bedrooms and a large living room. The existing carpet was in the house when we moved in nineteen years ago and survived through the years with two children and two dogs. The carpet in the children's bedrooms was particularly worn and stained. In the last year of his life, our sixteen-year-old dog also stained the carpets on a daily basis. We put off installing any new carpet until now. I had never heard of BK Floors to Go, but I like to choose vendors based on word of mouth from other people who had good experiences. Our next-door neighbors and dear friends knew the people at BK. They'd been friends since high school. BK Floors to Go lived up to my expectations. The new carpet is a very light sand color and it feels like we're walking on air. We've gone back to our old habit of taking off shoes inside the house and ask our visitors to do the same. We like to take care of our things and our dining room carpet, which is also a light cream color, looks just as good as ever after nineteen years. But we did forget how soft new carpet can be, like walking on pillows.
