This was my first time to use BK Floors to Go. I have really bad asthma, and I asked them to come in and remove the carpeting and linoleum from all my floors, and replace it with a vinyl laminate planking product. It looks like real wood, but isn't. Anyway, I have definitely noticed an improvement in my ability to breath with the vinyl laminate on the floor. As far as the service, the workers were very polite and courteous, and they did a wonderful job installing the new flooring. Very professional. Overall though, I was most impressed by BK Floors to Go's customer service, and they way they interacted with me. They are a really good company, and I truly appreciate the way they treated me.
