This was the first time using BK Floors to Go. I got all my old carpet replaced. Gale did it all for me which was great! She looked at my house and helped me order from samples she brought. I just told her what I was looking for. And her ideas turned out perfect. I think she has an interior design background as she helped me with berber for my stairs which turned out nice. She even knew about cut tile. She just knew exactly what to pick. I would continue to use their service because it was easy. I have told potential customers to give her a call. She'll narrow it down and tell you what you need to do. Scheduling was easy with BK Floors to Go too. And they were absolutely easy to work with. Gale was polite and courteous, and she was absolutely respectful of my home.
