The professional guys at Xtreme Carpet Care cleaned the carpet in one of my rentals. I'd worked with them once before and called them back, but I didn't realize I had used them until I recognized the man. I thought he did alright--he missed some edges--but I'd give him a four out of five. The carpets are much better now.
