Xtreme Carpet Care was great. The only complaint I have, which I don't really consider a complaint because I understand these things can happen, is that they were about two hours late for our scheduled appointment. They were very good about keeping me updated by email about when they would be able to come and they did apologize for running late. After letting me know they would be late, they did show up when they said they would. I was very impressed with their communication around the appointment time and it was really just a minor inconvenience. Other than that I was extremely satisfied. They have very fair pricing and when they got here they hopped right to it. They were very thorough and the technicians were very friendly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who asked.
