I was hoping that Brian could just minimize several scratches which ran the length of the passenger side of my SUV before my lease return. He didn't minimize them - he made them all disappear! A high end detailer tried - and said I would have no choice but go to a body shop. I'm so glad - I called Brian instead. He was very professional, prompt, communicative and knowledgeable.
