Brian did not fully explain their pricing structure when we discussed the scratches on my Lincoln. He told me about the $67. upfront charge to drive to my residence to view the damages, but did not note that their minimum charge is around $300, with the reduction of the $67.00 if I decided to go forward on the repair. I would of pursue different options for the repair, especially since the scratches was superficial in the clear coat. I felt I was misled on the cost. $67.00 gone! I do web development, and I ALLWAYS explain fully my pricing structure to my clients! Do your research, there are other options to pursue especially when it's only the clear coat that is scratched!
