Major Brand Floors & Abbey Carpet of Seattle really did an amazing job for us and I am very satisfied with the service received. It is their communication aspect that really stood out to me and caused me to rate them so highly. They are upfront and disclosed everything we could possibly need to know - and they stayed true to the estimate that was originally given. They didn't throw in any hidden fees or have any unforeseen issues rattle them. They were very clear on what they could do, and what they couldn't do from the beginning and my expectations were managed very well. They were professional the entire time and really are a company with integrity. They are also prompt and effecient, not wasting any time while they worked. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service Abbey Carpet provided and I absolutely recommend them for any flooring/carpet needs.
