I was uncertain about Quality Carpet Cleaning as I had never heard of them or used them before. However, after my carpets were cleaned I am now with 100 certainty that I will never use another carpet cleaning company again. Two years prior I used a big name carpet company and I was not happy with the outcome. I still saw high traffic areas standing out in my carpets.

Gilberto Mota with Quality Carpet Cleaning did the most amazing job on my carpets. They look brand new and my carpet are 7+ years old. There is not one stain in my carpets and the high traffic areas look brand new again. I could not believe my eyes as I watched the cleaning process. I even had Gilberto Mota put scotch guard protection on my carpets. I would recommend the scotch guard to anyone who plans to keep their carpet for several years to come.

He took the time to show me the dirt and dog hair the vacuum was picking up. I honestly could not believe my eyes as I had just vacuumed the day before. I have already had 2 girlfriends make appointments and requested Gilberto. He was so friendly and kept a smile on his face the entire time. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I will forever continue to use Quality Carpet Cleaning and request Gilberto Mota and I will continue to refer him to all my friends and family.
