I had 24 hours to get my carpet cleaned, and relied on this company to get it done. I explained to the person on the phone that I was on the 3rd floor, and they needed a long hose or a portable, she said no problem.

The cleaner shows up, and says he can't clean it but he has a guy that come that night. During this "back and forth" conversation, he then says he can't come that night but can come the next morning by 7:30.

7:45 a.m. - no show
7:46 - I call the manager, he says he'd get right back to me, never did
7:50 - company calls me and says guy will be there in 1 hour.

Seriously. They lost me the ability to get my carpets cleaned, and were very unprofessional about the whole thing.

Over promise, under deliver
