Late!

I was told that they would come between 10 am and 1 pm. I kept waiting and waiting and when it was 1 pm I finally called their office and she blamed it on me that the guy called you he cannot find you. Then finally the guy calls me that he is going to be late because they gave him the wrong city which I do not believe at all!

Unfortunately, this was on us. We tracked down why this happened and it appears there were several cross communications which led to this problem. We've taken measures to try to prevent this from occurring in the future.

The good news is, when we called to apologize, Tania told us she was happy with the work.

We know how annoying it can be to wait around not knowing when someone will arrive. We are so sorry this happened to Tania.
