We have ten year old wall-to-wall carpet which we were cleaning for the first time. Gilberto, the techician, came by, inspected the carpet, then gave us a written estimate. The estimate included a 30 day guarantee should any stains reappear or if the job was not to our liking. We asked specifically for Gilberto to return to do the cleaning as he was very knowledgable and easy to work with. When he returned to clean the carpets, he was fast and efficient, very professional and friendly. After the carpets dried, we noticed a couple of small areas that needed going over a second time. We called the office & there was no problem with Gilberto returning. He returned with the "big truck", hoses, etc. Even though the areas in question were quite small, Gilberto re-cleaned a much larger area than he was required to do. The carpeting now looks wonderful (not perfect, of course, because it's 10 years old & trampled daily (and yearly) by a large dog), but I really think that Quality did an excellent job, and no one could have done better at any price. We checked them out several carpet cleaning institutes & they got high marks. They also used orange-based "green" cleaning products that weren't as toxic as others. The whole staff (including the owner, Mark) was very responsive, and had no problems with my nitpicky questions. It was a great experience. I would recommend them heartily.
