MSI Automotive

Best Automotive Repair Shop in The World!

I will never use another mechanic after Curtis and his team at MSI Automotive! First off, Curtis is a phenomenal mechanic. His hand-picked team supports him! not just that. He is kind and honest and holds the old-school customer service ethics and morals of any honest person in the service industry. Still, now it’s just that he’s not going to be the tape to charge a woman more money for his services because she may not know much about cars if that is the case or any person. Marty has phenomenal customer service skills and is the smiling face you meet at the door when walking into MSI Automotive. Curtis is detail oriented and thorough and gets the job done right! Let me repeat this you are not going to have to go back, again and again, to get your car fixed. He will not let the car go unless it is working optimally to its highest level!
My husband and I recently took my 2012 Fiat Abarth in after buying it from shift.com. It broke down a day after the seven-day warranty was over. The transmission was a mess, and it’s a manual transmission. On top of that, a new part was needed for the transmission in which he had to pull the entire transmission out. We were initially quoted a sum, but because I bought it from shift.com, it was much more screwed up than it should’ve been and a much harder fix. So the price went up substantially to fix it, and I had just paid the car off when I bought it. My husband and I didn’t have too much extra money to spend to fix the car, and shift.com refused to work with us at all after seeing the initial diagnostic after being towed to Curtis‘s shop.
Curtis worked with us. Let me call him personally, and he walked me through options and was fair with us through the whole ordeal. A few weeks later, of course, because I bought the car from shift.com. The check engine light went on. My husband ran a diagnostic and found out that it was the turbo. There were many factors it could’ve been, so we called Curtis to make an appointment to have him look at it and let us know if it was something that we could fix if we ordered the parts or if it was something that he could improve if he had the time. An hour and a half later, Curtis had fixed the car and gone on two test drives To ensure that the car was driving correctly and that the repair engine light came off. Curtis fixed the turbo issue, and the check engine light was now off. Curtis is a saint. In my book and he didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for his work, and I know he had other cars in the shop to work on. Curtis at MSI Automotive treats his values like gold and appreciates his loyal customers. I am forever grateful to have found his shop as my husband, and I will no longer take our cars to get fixed anywhere else. I pretty much made it a rule! On the way home from having the turbo repaired, I told my husband that I didn’t want anyone else working on our cars. He agreed with me. I will recommend MSI automotive to everyone I know. If I could give him and his team a 10-star rating, I would, but I’m limited to five. Thank you, MSI Automotive team, thank you, Curtis, and thank you, Marty. The world is a better place for you being in it and for your shop being open to the public. Thank you for letting us be your customers!
