Our experience with Infinity Solar was pretty good, although at first we had a problem sometimes with them not showing up, but that was because i was calling just one man, a guy named Rafael. He put me off so many times that I started calling the office itself and they said I should contact them for scheduling and not call Rafael directly. Rafael had told me to call him. The office sent Eddie out here and he was good. He kept his word as to when he was coming and we didn't have any trouble with him.

There was one other small hiccup. We had one of our panels go out and it needed to be replaced so we had to wait for it to ship from a company in Florida. When he put that one in then there was another panel out, so then we had to wait for another panel from Florida. I don't know why they didn't catch both at the same time. Anyway, they installed it and it was fine. We had to pay for the shipping, which was $51. The price for service was about $150. I don't think i could have done the work so I'm not complaining. I guess it was fair. Solar can be expensive, that's all there is to it.

The first company who put it in, Mr. Solar, we got into a big argument and I thought he was kind of a $@!#%. When Infinity Solar came out they changed out equipment a bunch of equipment because I guess the stuff Mr. Solar put in wasn't that great. Working with Infinity Solar has been much better than working with Mr. Solar.
