I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't listen to the bad reviews. First time we went there we waited about 30 mins (not bad). Second time it was 2 1/2 hours and we hadn't even been called (we had an appointment). The receptionist said she'd find out how long it would take and never got back to me. I gave them 20 more mins then I told another receptionist that I was leaving. She told me it'd be another hour wait. It was ridiculous! Why make appointments??
Oh did I mention that being bilingual I can understand when the staff is bad mouthing the Dentist (not a good thing!) And when the dentist was in my room she was complaining about the person in the next room not wanting to get all the work done and just half of it. She told the assistant to just tell her to come back another time because she wasn't going to waste her time just fixing 2 teeth instead of 3. Well, the other person was my mother! (who is in a budget and was paying cash)

Receptionists are SUPER RUDE and Dentists are just as bad. NO ONCE SEEMS TO CARE AT THIS PLACE.
