Waited 2 hours to be seen. Appointment was at 10am (first appointment ,office opens at 10am) , got there 10 minutes early and was told system was down and would get a call when to come in once its up. I never received a call and was waiting in my car while watching other patients walk in and out. Finally went in to see what was going on, they forgot to call me to come and check in and fill out paper work. Very disappointed with the service i received and amount of time i was waiting to be seen. You would think i would be seen right away since i was the first appointment. Currently still waiting to be seen only because my teeth are in pain its been 2 hrs. Will definitely be looking for a different dentist.
