Called to see about much needed braces and was told I would need a referral and that I should come in and get X-rays done. After getting the X-rays, I asked if I could speak with the Dentist about the condition of my teeth and let her know that nothing was brought up about it. I was told to wait six months to speak to the Dentist about braces at the next check up. The office manager said there’s nothing there in the computer so no braces were needed. So I asked for copies of X-rays. Couldn’t get them upon request because they said they were out of paper..... the office manager Sarah Fuller was rude, the front desk girls are playful and smiley but clueless, and the Dentist didn’t introduce herself, didn’t explain anything of what she was doing, nor gave any feedback. I had to ask questions to make sure she knew English. They are like a quick car wash for Dentistry long lines, quick but not thorough service, just a quick wash n go. This place is a joke, a big waste of time and money honey.
